Para limpiar tus joyas de arcilla y de resina sólo tienes que pasar una toallita húmeda. Si la suciedad persiste en las joyas de arcilla, puedes usar un bastoncillo de algodón con acetona, pero cuidado, esto puede llegar a dañar la pieza si usas demasiado producto. 

Evita el contacto directo de tus joyas con lociones, aceites, cremas y perfumes, ya que podrían contribuir a su decoloración. También evita el contacto con agua o sudor. 

Recomendamos guardar tus joyas ARBOLÍ en su caja o en tu joyero para protegerlas. 

Y sobretodo recomendamos que te sientes espectacular cuando las lleves. 

 

To clean your clay and resin jewelry just wipe with a damp washcloth. If the dirt persists on the clay jewelry, you can use a cotton swab with acetone, but be careful, this can damage the piece if you use too much product.

El plazo para el cambio o devolución es de 14 días desde la recepción del pedido para devolver o cambiar un artículo. El producto no debe haber sido utilizado y debe estar en su embalaje original e indicarnos el número del pedido. Para realizar cambios o devoluciones, se deberá enviar el producto con cualquier compañía de transporte a la oficina de ARBOLÍ. El coste de la devolución será asumido por el cliente a menos que hayas recibido un producto erróneo o dañado. De ser así por favor mándanos una foto con la mayor brevedad.  Los productos personalizados como los detalles de bodas no pueden ser devueltos.

The period for your exchange and refund is 14 days from receipt of order to return or exchange an item.
